EzCreate Terms of Service | AI Workspace, Credits, Billing

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EzCreate at ezcreate.org. By creating an account, purchasing credits or subscriptions, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• EzCreate is an independent creative workflow site and is not the official website, billing agent, or reseller for any third-party model vendor unless a checkout page explicitly says otherwise.

• Your prompts, uploads, outputs, and downstream uses remain your responsibility.

Service Scope

EzCreate may include public product pages, hosted AI image workspaces, billing, support, account, and task-history features. We may rely on third-party AI, storage, analytics, communication, and payment providers to deliver parts of the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Prices, credits, and subscription terms shown at checkout are part of your order.
• Some plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Credits may be consumed when jobs are submitted, started, or completed, depending on feature design.
• Taxes, foreign exchange charges, and processor fees may apply.
• Payment disputes, failed jobs, and refund requests are reviewed through billing and support records.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, generate abusive or fraudulent content, upload harmful code, abuse credits or payment flows, bypass technical restrictions, or create unreasonable operational or legal risk.

Your Content

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for prompts, uploads, and reference assets you submit. We may store and process your content as needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, and comply with law. Uploaded images and generated outputs are automatically deleted after 7 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Providers

Some features depend on third-party providers. Their availability, output quality, moderation systems, and response times may affect your experience. We are not responsible for external outages outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The EzCreate website, code, branding, product text, workflow design, and service presentation remain our property or the property of our licensors. Third-party names, marks, and model identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security or payment risk, abused the service, or exposed us or others to legal harm.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzCreate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.

Inactive accounts

EZCreate may schedule an eligible unpaid account for deletion after at least 30 consecutive days without recorded activity. A scheduled account receives 30 days' advance notice and a reminder seven days before deletion. Signing in or selecting the keep-account confirmation cancels the schedule. This rule excludes accounts with successful payment history, an active subscription, or refund, chargeback, or dispute history. Any unused free or promotional credits expire when the account is deleted.
