Choose a calm subject and a coherent palette
A single animal, botanical shape or simple landscape often works well in a small wall-art series. Describe the subject and how much empty space should surround it. Reuse the same palette when creating a companion piece, then compare the results rather than assuming the model will produce perfectly matched colours. The preset asks for artwork itself, without a photographed nursery, a frame mockup or lettering generated inside the illustration.
Fit the art to the frame proportion
Choose output pixels that match the intended frame or mat opening. A 2400 × 3200 image has a three-to-four proportion and corresponds to eight by about ten and two-thirds inches at 300 PPI. The local layout keeps the entire source image visible inside the border; it does not stretch a rabbit or crop off a branch to force a fill. If the source and target proportions differ, the selected background remains visible around the illustration.
Add text in the layout step
An optional short caption is drawn by the browser after the illustration is prepared. That is more predictable than asking an image model to paint a child’s name. The preview and export wait for the page fonts, and long text is fitted within the available width. Keep the caption concise and inspect names, accents and Chinese characters in the final file. The result is still a flattened PNG, so save the wording separately if you expect to edit it later.
Use a border deliberately
The border control reserves a measured percentage of the canvas around the artwork. It can create breathing room or leave space for a physical mat, but it does not replace the actual opening dimensions supplied by the frame manufacturer. Background colour changes the pixels of the prepared canvas; it does not recolour the illustration. Review the balance with the caption turned both on and off, and check that important details remain comfortably inside the visible area.
Prepare companion pieces one at a time
This workflow makes one art-print PNG per export. To build a pair or a trio, use related subjects, the same palette and identical output dimensions, then inspect each file. It does not promise a ready-made PDF set or ship paper prints and frames. The export includes real 300 PPI metadata, while useful print size still depends on source detail. Confirm the final size and colours with your chosen print service before ordering physical copies.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I receive framed or paper artwork?
- No. You download one digital PNG file. Printing and framing are separate.
- Can I add a name without AI-rendered lettering?
- Yes. Add a short caption in the local layout panel. It is rendered into the PNG using the browser font.
- Can I create a matching set?
- Reuse palette and dimensions for companion images, but generate and inspect them individually. One click does not produce a promised multi-page set.
